Sock Fatale is the epitome of charm and sensuality in Sockhalla. With her alluring eyes and plump lips, there’s no way to resist this nylon-fabric smile! She is a bit capricious and high-maintenance, however. Just like all the socks in the neighborhood of Sockhattan, Sock Fatale will only talk to the player if they’re wearing the item “fancy hat”.
Sockrates serves as the player's guide and mentor throughout their journey in Sockhalla. Following a bet with Aristockle that involved drinking too much laundry detergent, Sockrates accidentally opened an interdimensional portal. Unfortunately for you, you happened to be doing laundry that day, and after looking for your missing sock, you got sucked in by this portal, only to land in Sockhalla… now turned into a sentient sock. With the portal now closed, Sockrates promises that he will find a way to reopen it – and in the meantime, he encourages you to explore Sockhalla, make friends… and bring your missing sock back with you to the human world.
Game Host Sock is ALWAYS HAPPY. Like, ALWAYS. But behind these pearly whites and that clean, post-laundry exterior lies a conning businessman. Host of the Wool of Fortune mini-game, his job is to make sure the player wins ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and can thus not climb the social ladder all the way to the top 1% -- and by GOD is he good at his job! Game Host Sock is always with his three assistants, Placeholder Socks #1, #2, and #3.
